A game consists of two 30-minute segments.

A goalie and six outfield players make up each team’s roster of seven players.

Players in the outfield can touch the ball with any part of their body above the knee.

A player who gains possession has three options: pass, hold, or shoot.

If a player has possession, they have up to three seconds to dribble or take three steps without dribbling.
